More good stuff from April’s round of FaMESHed! :FANATIK: has the new Salina boots out at the event in a bunch of colours! The summer coat from NYU can be worn as a dress, too and is also out at FaMESHed. The hair is from Epoque – I’ve always loved their jewellry and just discovered they offer hairs, too! I love a nice updo, and this one comes with very well drawn matching hairbases. The skin is new from YS & YS, called Atena, and I immediately fell in love with the eyebrows and the skintone – a very soft, smooth tone!

1. What is the rez date for your current SL Avatar that you use most often? Sisch Firecaster, 17th january, 2009
2. Where was the first place you made friends as a newb and got to know people in Second Life? Almost all my inworld friends are people that I met at the Machinima theater (see the 7 SL facts meme)
3. Where do you spend most of your SL time now? On my land or shopping, shopping and…. shopping!
4. Who is your closest friend in Second Life? (only pick one) Going to cheat massively here: I have only 3 people I would call friends and to whom I talk with any kind of regularity, and those are Riott Viking, Pandora Popstar and Moriko Inshan
5. What is the most favorite thing in your inventory? (only pick one) hrmpf, difficult! I guess it’s my shape, because that is what I perceive as me (so much so that my 2 alts have it, too).
6. The last thing you purchased in Second Life?  The 5th Anniversary Beige Heart Purse from Adore&Abhor
7. What color clothing does your avatar wear most often? not sure because my SLife is much more colourful than my RL (I mostly wear black RL), but I still think black is featured heavily
8. Do you prefer to walk, run or fly? I walk. And if I need to go somewhere fast, I teleport there by clicking on the ground. I’m not very good at flying and don’t really like to run.
9. What is the craziest thing you’ve ever done in SL? I’m totally boring, I really are! I don’t think I have done anything crazy ever!
10. Who would you like to play YOU, in the movie of your SLife? People would snore after 5 sec (because I’m so boring) … but Anne Hathaway. Yeah. Maybe that would keep them awake a little longer!

I said it more than once – I love well made system-layer clothes! The Lulu blouse by LeeZu! is very sexy, and I can never have enough leggings. While shopping at LeeZu!, I fell in love with the beautiful Arabesque blouse/jacket – it’s prims (I wish there was a mesh version!), beautifully textured and easy to fit. Magika has new hair textures – even more different colours in a hud now! – the skin is from Pink Fuel, available at the Arcade gacha event as the clutch is, too. I love sneakers, the ones I’m wearing are new from LaRoo at FaMESHed and come in a bunch of colours!

calling for spring

Like (almost) every girl on the grid, I had to have the new Gos shoes! They are mesh, they are sexy and they come with a new revolutionary skin-matching system, which is really as easy to work as advertised! The Glance skin I’m wearing is in the data base, so just 2 clicks and voilà… we have a perfect fit! The shoes also work well with my bow-leggedness – normally, I have to adjust the sliders to make feet fit without seams, but here, the blurry layer hides them, so I love them even more!

I’m also very much in love with this new Truth hair, it’s so beautiful, and if this outfit doesn’t say spring spring spring, I dunno….
